Several arrested on warrant charges

On July 9, the following people were arrested for outstanding Ogle County warrants:
Ryan Hackbert, 36, of Rockford, for failure to appear. He posted $150 I-bond and was released from the Ogle County Jail with no further court date.
Michel Ndikubwayo, 19, of Rochelle, for failure to appear. He posted posted $275 I-bond and was released from the Ogle County Jail with no further court date.

Travis Adams, 35, of Rochelle, for failure to appear. He was released from the Ogle County Jail on a $5,000 recognizance bond. His court date is set for July 29 at 9 a.m.
July 10
On July 10, at 3:06 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies and Rochelle fire and ambulance responded to a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Illinois Route 251 and Bethel Road. A Kia Serento driven by Savanna M. Von Oepen, 23, of DeKalb, was traveling northbound on Illinois Route 251 when it lost control crossing over the center line and striking the rear of a southbound cement truck driven by Jordan J. Lumbreras, 21, of Belvidere. Both Von Oepen and Lumbreras refused medical treatment at the scene. The accident remains under investigation.
July 11
On July 11, at approximately 12:29 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 2000 block of North Illinois Route 2 for a registration violation. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Michael R. Haas, 40, of Rockford, for driving while license suspended. Haas was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On July 11, Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Thomas W. Fiala, 62, of Dixon, for violation of order of protection.  He was scheduled to appear in court July 12.
