Sheriff's police release recent arrests

On Oct. 25 at 1:34 p.m., an Ogle County Sheriff’s deputy performed a traffic stop in the 14,000 block of West Sterling road. After investigation, Kevin Nettz, 45, of Rock Island, was placed under arrest for Driving while license suspended. Nettz was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
On Oct. 25 the following were arrested for outstanding Ogle County warrants:

Sarah Hensley, 31, of Dixon, for Failure to Appear with a full cash bond of $2,120. Hensley was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 26.
Kimberly J. Young, 53, of Mt. Morris, for Battery with a bond of $3,000/10 percent. Young was scheduled to appear in court Oct. 26.
On Oct. 26 at 8:55 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on Creston Rd. at Dement Rd. on a gray Buick for an equipment violation. After an investigation Christopher Rangel, 32, of Dekalb, was arrested for Driving While License Revoked, Obstructing Identification and warrants from Ogle, Lee and Dekalb Counties. Rangel was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
On Oct. 27 at 1:36 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at IL Route 251 and IL Route 72. During the course of the traffic stop, Deputies arrested Norman E. Bryant, 62, of Rockford, for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Speeding. Bryant was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was left in lieu of bond.
