OREGON – Custom signs and wall décor continue to be a popular trend.
Together, the Oregon Park District, Timber + Tribe, and Cork & Tap continue to offer fun stenciling and sign making classes. Custom signs are awesome because you can make them whatever size and shape you want and make them say whatever you want.
The classes offered through the Park District typically offer the participant many choices of sayings. Signs can be decorative, motivational, inspirational, romantic, funny and more. Some of the Park District participants enjoy creating, the experience and the social environment and make their signs to give as gifts.

Timber + Tribe instructor, Charlotte Bauer, teaches the basic techniques, tips and tricks to successful stencil application. Each design is individually crafted choosing from a variety of stain and paint colors that Charlotte has available. The classes make for a fun night of painting, laughing, and sipping on your favorite beverage at Cork & Tap while creating a sign.
Register now for the next T+T sign making class. The Long Board Porch Sign Class is Wednesday, Feb. 5 at 6:30 p.m. The last day to register is Jan. 28. These signs will be 10 inches wide by 48 inches tall and participants can choose from 10 different sayings to stencil on their board.
