STILLMAN VALLEY – Stillman Bank was thrilled to present a check for $16,473.11 to Alan Jones, Relationship Manager and Ogle County Director of United Way of Rock River Valley.
This monetary gift came from a variety of bank wide initiatives including Carnation Day, Casual Days, individual employee donations and a corporate contribution. Collective employee donations were up 8 percent compared to last year.

“Numerous service organizations within our communities are in need of supplementary support. Agencies like United Way are helping provide the necessary funding that is vital to many individuals and families in our area,” said Marty Larson, Stillman Bank Chairman & CEO. “As a local community bank, we take pride in our employees’ commitment to contribute passionately to the communities where we live and work.”
Over the past 20-plus years, Stillman Bank and its employees have contributed more than $350,000 to United Way.
United Way of Ogle County, a sector of United Way of Rock River Valley, fights for the health, education and financial stability of every person in our community.
