DEKALB — At the annual NIU Suzuki Workshop on Saturday Nov. 4, guest Suzuki teachers from Wisconsin, Iowa and Alabama will visit the NIU Music Building to work with NIU Suzuki Strings students, and with guest violin and cello students representing Suzuki programs throughout Northern Illinois.
Cellist Avi Friedlander will join violinists Randal Harrison and Scott Conklin for a full day of workshops and masterclasses in the NIU Music Building. The Saturday workshop includes a clinician recital at 11 a.m. in the NIU Music Building Recital Hall. The public is invited to this free recital performance.
