ROCHELLE — A Rochelle teen was arrested Wednesday by Rochelle Police following an incident that occurred on Aug. 3.
A 17-year-old male juvenile was arrested on 13 charges including drug and weapon offenses.
The male is being charged with possession of cannabis less than 10 grams, possession of cannabis with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of a controlled substance – two counts, unlawful possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, unlawful possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, unlawful possession of a stolen firearm, unlawful possession of a fire arm without a FOID card, possession of ammunition without a FOID card, possession of a firearm by a felon, unlawful possession of ammunition by a felon and resisting a peace officer.
The juvenile was transported to jail.
