ROCHELLE — Timothy Charles “Fluffy” Perkins, 44, a resident of Rochelle, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 3, 2019.
He was born on March 16, 1975 in Kankakee, to Charlene Perkins and Terry Theis.
He went to elementary school (K-8) in Kankakee. In 1990 Tim moved to Rochelle and went to RTHS and graduated in 1994.
Tim worked a lot of different jobs like gas stations, he was a security guard, bar bouncer, he drove for PTI railroad transportation, and in 2018 Tim worked as a cab driver for J&S cab.
On Nov. 3, 2019, Tim went to Rochelle Community Hospital and at 1:47 p.m. he passed away.
He is preceded in death by his daughter, Elizabeth; dad, Terry Theis; and grandparents, Charles and Gladis Perkins.
He is survived by, sister, April Perkins; stepsister, Anitra; nieces, Sara and Cadence; and mom, Charlene Perkins; along with many close friends, extended family members and numerous co-workers.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Nov. 9 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Beverage-Lyons Family Funeral Home, 704 N. Sixth St., Rochelle. Service will be held at 3 p.m.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
