On July 4 at 3:10 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 39 at mile marker 109 on a 2018 white GMC Sierra observed traveling 91 m.p.h. in a 70 m.p.h. zone. After conducting an investigation, Eberardo Peralta-Cazales, 28, of Alabama, was arrested for no valid driver’s license. Peralta-Cazales was also issued a citation for speeding and released on an I-Bond.
On July 4 Ogle County Sheriff deputies arrested Julio Flores, 26, of Arlington Heights, for disorderly conduct. Flores was arrested by Ogle County Sheriff Deputies on Daysville Road after creating a disturbance. Flores was help in lieu of bond at the Ogle County Jail.
On July 5 at 2:10 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on a blue Dodge Ram truck that was observed driving outside of its traffic lane. After further investigation the driver of the vehicle Christopher Kingrey, 46, of Rockford, was placed under arrest for driving while license suspended. Kingrey was also issued a citation for improper lane usage and released on an I-Bond.
