The 13th Annual Christmas Tree Festival is open at Rochelle City Hall until 4:30 p.m. Thursday and on Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Bids can also be made from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday evening, with bidding coming to a close at 6:30 p.m. There are several gift baskets, wreaths, centerpieces and a tree available to bid on.
