There were plenty of treats to go around for this year’s Trick or Treat Safe House Thursday evening. The event, which was hosted by The Coyote and Good Time Oldies 1060 along with the Comfort Inn and Suites, drew over 1,600 people. The City of Rochelle’s Halloween trick or treat hours are from 5 to 8 p.m. as well as downtown shops and businesses from 2 to 5 p.m. (Photos by Lori Hammelman)
