Two arrested for retail theft

On July 18, Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies responded to Dollar General in Davis Junction for a retail theft complaint. After an investigation, Stephanie L. Lewis, 19, of Davis Junction, and Autumn M. Nelson, 21, also of Davis Junction, were located in the 100 block of Jasmine Ave. (Davis Junction) and arrested for retail theft.
On July 18, the following people were arrested on outstanding Ogle County warrants:

Kiarra Murray, 25, of DeKalb, for failure to appear. Murray posted the $411 bond and was scheduled to appear in court July 20.
Chelsie Smith, 34, of Freeport, for failure to appear. Smith has a bond of $486 and remains in the Ogle County Jail. She was scheduled to appear in court July 20.
On July 18 at 10:35 p.m. after a traffic stop on I-39 deputies arrested Steven Clark, 34, of Milwaukee, Wis., for driving while license revoked.  Clark was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
On July 19, Trevor Brown, 20, of Forreston, was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Brown was released on a $1,000 recognizance bond and will appear in court on July 30.
