On Feb. 11 at 1:28 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Devonte Tillman, 24, of Chicago, for felony retail theft. He was transported to jail.
On Feb. 11 at 1:28 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Christopher Jimison, 30, of Chicago, for felony retail theft, aggravated battery to a police officer and two counts of resisting a police officer. He was transported to jail.
On Feb. 11 at 7:47 p.m., Rochelle police cited a 17-year-old female, of Rochelle, for no insurance and expired registration. She posted a promise to comply.
On Feb. 13 at 2:19 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Randy Nambo, 29, of Rochelle, for felony criminal trespass to a residence and criminal damage to property. He was transported to jail.
