FREEPORT — Monroe Clinic in partnership with CONTACT of Northern Illinois is hosting a virtual Adult Mental Health First Aid Training.
This training will teach participates an action plan to help individuals developing or in a mental health crisis situation. Training consists of 2.5 hours of pre-work and a 5.5 hour Zoom class that will take place on March 26 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Participants will have the opportunity to complete the pre-work during the two weeks before the zoom class. Cost for the training is being paid for by Monroe Clinic.
