What's your secret sauce for success?

ROCHELLE –– What is your Secret Sauce? That question may leave you wondering what is ‘secret sauce’ rather than with an answer.
Dr. Bryan Wills of Wills Chiropractic is hosting a lunch and learn on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at noon. During the luncheon Wills will share one of the most important business tools he was taught. He will introduce the audience to the enneagram, a personal growth tool, that helps an individual identify their strengths and weaknesses while building better and more meaningful relationships.
“The ‘secret sauce’ is gaining an understanding of why you do some of the dumb things you do that sabotage relationships and how to stop yourself from continuing to do them,” explained Wills. “Most of us are on automatic pilot every day. It’s our subconscious programing that is in control of our behaviors and not us. The enneagram helps you flip the script and put you back in control of you.”

Wills has been working as a chiropractor in Rochelle for the last 14 years and has been using enneagram for the last 13 years. He applies the practice of the enneagram to communicate better with his staff, patients, kids and wife.
“I would encourage anyone who wants to improve their relationships as well as themselves to attend. The enneagram applies to everyone,” he added. “Not just business professionals. We use many aspects of lessons learned in our business, but, I believe, the biggest benefit of using the enneagram is understanding yourself to build better relationship with your spouse, family, friends, etc.”
Reservations for the lunch and learn are required by Monday, Nov. 6 by calling 815-562-7813. Fee to attend is $10 and includes a lunch catered by the Rochelle Community Hospital.
“I hope that people who attend the event can walk away with some tools to transform their lives from just surviving life to thriving in the life they want. I have done this workshop for schools and businesses in the area for the past six or seven years, and have helped people and businesses make some dramatic changes,” added Wills.
