ROCHELLE — Fehr Graham, a leading Midwest engineering and environmental firm, has announced the promotion of Brandy Williams, professional engineer and land surveyor, to project manager.
Williams was promoted from senior project engineer at the beginning of the year. Williams, who works in the firm’s Rochelle office, will provide management for the firm’s clients on several municipal and private projects.

“Brandy is a fantastic engineer, someone who provides great services for our clients,” said Jason Stoll, Rochelle’s branch manager. “We are fortunate to have a person of her caliber working for Fehr Graham.”
Williams, who was born and raised in Rochelle, joined Fehr Graham in January 1999. She has experience in municipal and site development engineering. Williams attended Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, where she graduated in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
Williams serves as the town engineer for Cortland. She also is a member of Illinois Society of Professional Engineers, American Works Association and Illinois Professional Land Surveyors Association. She holds professional engineer and professional land surveyor licenses in Illinois. She is a certified floodplain manager.
Williams lives in Rochelle with her husband Ryan and three children.
