WHITEWATER, Wis. — Darryl Williams, from Rochelle, is among the student undergraduate researchers from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater who will present their projects at the James R. Connor University Center Hamilton Room on Tuesday, Sept. 26, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
These 68 students have worked for a year or more with their faculty mentors and are ready to present their research to other students, faculty, and the public.
Williams, who is studying at UW-Whitewater, will be presenting Effects of prescribed field burns on the small mammal community’s reestablishment and population.
Various research from the social sciences, natural sciences, education, and the arts will be presented on this day. All students can take part in the program, regardless of their majors.
