Pamela A. Knapik, 52, of Woodstock, was stopped on June 10 at 1:45 a.m. on Main Street at Sixth Ave. in Rochelle for improper lane usage. Knapik was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. Knapik was also cited for improper lane usage and failure to notify Secretary of State of address change. Knapik posted her driver’s license/$1,000 I-bond and was released.
Jorge S. Soria, 50, of Joliet, was stopped on June 10 at 8:09 p.m. on I-39 southbound at milepost 106 in Ogle County for speeding and several other traffic offenses. Soria was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage, illegal use of a cell phone while driving, failure to signal when required, and speeding. Soria posted his driver’s license/$1000 I-bond and was released.
Jamie C. Donovan, 26, of Rochelle, was stopped on June 9 at 12:32 a.m. on IL 38 at Brooklyn Road in Ogle County for improper lane usage. Donovan was arrested for a warrant out of Ogle County for failure to appear on a traffic offense. Donovan was also cited for improper lane usage. Donovan posted $200 cash bond on the warrant and was released.
