On Feb. 29 at approximately 11:23 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Canada Road and Lowell Park Road for a traffic lane violation. After a brief investigation, Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tamela Byrns, 53, of Polo, for driving while license revoked and a valid Dekalb County warrant. Byrns was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
March 2
On March 2, Steven Blomberg, 27, of Rochelle, was arrested for an outstanding Ogle County warrant for failure to appear. Blomberg posted the $599 full cash bond and was released from the Ogle County Jail and has no further court dates.
