On Sept. 10, at 9:35 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Natalia M. Garza, 25, of Rochelle, for driving with a suspended license, driving with now insurance and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration. She issued a promise to comply. Her court date is set for Oct. 18.
On Sept. 10, at 12:59 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Brian Heinrich, 54, of Rochelle, for criminal trespass to property. He posted $150 bond. His court date is set for Oct. 18.
On Sept. 11, at 7:12 a.m., Rochelle police cited Felipe J. Alavarez, 19, of Rockford, for speeding. He posted I-bond. His court date is set for Oct. 18.
