On Feb. 21 at 7:59 a.m., Rochelle police cited Rosa Quitno, 61, of Rochelle, for disobeying a stop sign. She posted a promise to comply.
On Feb. 21 at 9:20 a.m., Rochelle police arrested a 15-year-old male, of Rochelle, for disorderly conduct. Also arrested was a 14-year-old male, of Rochelle, for unlawful possession of a weapon. Both were transported to the Kane County Youth Center.
On Feb. 21 at 9:05 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Jennie Bohannon, 34, of Rochelle, for domestic battery. She was transported to jail.
