On Nov. 10 at 7:11 p.m., Rochelle police cited Patricia Mandujano, 37, of Rochelle, for failure to signal when required and no valid driver’s license. She posted an I-bond.
On Nov. 10 at 7:11 p.m., Rochelle police cited Gerardo Mandujano, 29, of Rochelle, for illegal transportation of alcohol. He posted a promise to comply.
On Nov. 10 at 9:11 p.m., Rochelle police cited Scot Watson, 42, of Rochelle, for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
On Nov. 10 at 11:11 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Christian Rivas, 31, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant and a Boone County warrant. He was transported to jail.
On Nov. 11 at 1:48 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Marcos Coyomani, 22, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant. He posted $125 bond.
On Nov. 11 at 8:24 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Frank Rosado, 18, of Rockford, for DUI and cited for disobeying a stop sign. He posted an I-bond.
