On Oct. 29 at 2:34 p.m., Rochelle police cited Elizabeth Lopez-Belmonte, 35, of Rochelle, for speeding 63 m.p.h. in a 40 m.p.h. zone. She issued a promise to comply. Her court date is set for Dec. 20.
On Oct. 30 at 8:12 a.m., Rochelle police arrested Kaylie M. Sandoval-Smith, 18, of Rochelle, for domestic battery. She was transported to jail.
