On Sept. 29 at 11:21 p.m., Rochelle police cited Jamiseya Williams, 19, of Rochelle, for speeding 41 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone and no insurance. She posted a promise to comply.
On Oct. 1 at 12:29 p.m., Rochelle police cited a 17-year-old female, of Rochelle, for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She posted an I-bond.
On Oct. 1 at 4:26 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Trisha Meese, 38, of Rochelle, on an Ogle County warrant.
