Agriculture in the Classroom is offering a virtual library program through local libraries and park districts.
The program, Insect: Friend or Foe, will use Kate Messner’s “Up in the Garden and Down in the Dirt” to look at insects. Participants will take part in hands on activities to discover the different mouth parts of insects. They will also make a craft showing the life cycle of an insect.

OREGON — Agriculture in the Classroom is offering a virtual library program through local libraries and park districts.

This program will be held virtually. Libraries and park districts along with times are listed below. To participate, register with one of the organizations listed. They will give you a link to join this live story hour. A week prior to the program stop by the library or park district you registered with to pick up an “ag bag.” The “ag bag” will have the supplies to complete the activities and crafts.
