ROCHELLE —Bearrows Real Estate & Auction Co., which has been providing complete live and on-line auction services since 1975, will be expanding its services to include a complete brokerage service division effective Sept. 1.
Whether buying or selling, the complete Real Estate Brokerage will include residential, commercial and agricultural land. The location, 361 W. State Route 38 in Rochelle, has not changed. The brokerage’s focus will be to continue the professional service you have known over the past 25 years since opening the first Bearrows office in downtown Rochelle in 1995.
The staff and agents at Bearrows Real Estate & Auction Co. look forward to providing brokerage services that will be focused on the details and customer service. Owners are John and Dina Bearrows, and John will be the managing broker while Debra Hansen will be the administrative assistant. Local ownership, local management and local agents is how this change will be beneficial to everyone that they work with.
