The St. Paul Lutheran School boys basketball team competed in the 2025 Lutheran Sports Associaiton State Championship tournament over the weekend, finishing in fifth after winning three out of its four games.
St. Paul defeated Roselle Trinity 48-38 before falling 40-30 against Collinsville Good Shepherd in the second game. St. Paul finished strong, defeating Crystal Lake Immanuel 48-39 before taking down Bloomington Trinity 37-32 to take fifth in the state of Illinois. Braxton Bruns was named to the All-Tournament Team for the second straight season.
