Deputies make numerous warrant arrests

On Dec. 30 at 10 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies initiated a traffic stop at Illinois Route 2 and Townline Road. After a short investigation, Seth J. Rudecki, 18, of Rockford, was arrested for an Ogle County Juvenile Detention warrant.
On Dec. 30 the following people were arrested for Ogle County outstanding warrants:
Erich Huber, 38, of Stillman Valley, for failure to appear. Huber had a bond of $470. Huber did post the $470 bond and was released from the Ogle County Jail.
Regina Tamayo, 52, of Oregon, for failure to appear. Tamayo was not able to post and was scheduled to appear in court Dec. 30 at 1 p.m.

On Dec. 31 Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Cole A. Nevenhoven, 26, of Byron, on North Tower Road and Lynn Road for driving while license suspended and an Ogle County warrant. Nevenhoven was transported to the Ogle County Jail. Nevenhoven posted bond and has a return court date of Jan. 24 at 9 a.m.
Jan. 1
On Jan. 1 at 8:44 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on Illinois Route 251 at Illinois Route 72 for an equipment violation. After an investigation the front seat passenger, Lavalle Hughes, 34, of Janesville, Wisconsin, was arrested for unlawful possession of cannabis/passenger. Hughes was transported to the Ogle County Jail and held in lieu of bond.
On Jan. 1 at 8:30 p.m., following a traffic stop on I-39-mile marker 109 northbound, Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Alyssa Angelico, 25, of Roscoe, for driving while license suspended. Angelico was released on scene with a return court date of Jan. 31 at 9 a.m.
On Jan. 1 at approximately 10:12 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies performed a traffic stop in the 100 block of South 2nd Street in Oregon.  After investigation, deputies placed Jonathan Ross, 20, of Dixon, under arrest for no valid driver’s license and possession of a controlled substance. Ross was additionally issued a citation for operating an uninsured vehicle. Ross was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was later released on a recognizance bond by a judge.
On Jan. 1 at approximately 1:30 a.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an address on Lilac Lane in rural Rochelle for the report of a disturbance. After conducting an investigation, Eduardo Orozco-Ramos, 26, of Rochelle, was arrested for domestic battery. Orozco-Ramos was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he is held without bond until seen by a judge.
Jan. 2
On Jan. 2 at 10:24 p.m., Ogle County Sheriff’s deputies conducted a traffic stop on I-39 at mile marker 104, as a result of this stop deputies arrested Gregory Williams, 22, of Rockford, for driving while license suspended and cited him for driving without valid insurance. Williams was transported to the Ogle County Jail and is held in lieu of bond.
