On Aug. 21 at 8:44 a.m. Rochelle police cited Edgar E. Lopez, 23, of Rochelle, fo failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Oct. 2.
On Aug. 21 at 12:28 p.m., Rochelle police cited Grant D. Zickur, 21, of Rochelle, for speeding 54 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Oct. 2.

On Aug. 23 at 12:31 a.m. Rochelle police arrested Ashley P. Paddie, 29, of Mount Morris, for battery. She posted I-Bond. Her court date is set for Sept. 25.
