ROCHELLE — At a special reorganizational meeting Monday following the April 1 election, the Rochelle Elementary School District Board of Education saw two new board members and two re-elected board members sworn in for four-year terms.

New to the board are Evan Tracy (613 votes) and Stacey Dunphy (65 votes, write in). Re-elected on April 1 were Ashley Jackson (590 votes) and Stephanie White (679 votes). The board unanimously proclaimed the election results Monday before the four board members were sworn in.

The board heard nominations and voted on officers to serve for the next two years at the meeting. Steve Builta was unanimously voted board president. Jackson was unanimously voted board vice president and White was voted unanimously as board president.

The board will continue to meet on the second Tuesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria at Lincoln Elementary School.
