ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Hub varsity football team has a new opponent for Week 9 of the 2024 IHSA season. Rochelle will host Chicago Heights (Marian Catholic) in a nonconference matchup on Thursday, Oct. 24 at 6 p.m. The game will be held at Rochelle Township High School.
Marian Catholic replaces Windsor Imperial (Windsor, Missouri), who Rochelle was originally scheduled to play before Windsor backed out of the contract. Since Rochelle will now face Marian Catholic on Oct. 24, the Hubs will no longer receive a forfeit for Week 9 of the football season.
Fresh/Soph
Rochelle has also added a fresh-soph football game for Week 9 of the 2024 season. The Hubs will face Plainfield South on the road Friday, Oct. 25 at 4:30 p.m.
