ROCHELLE — The Rochelle Hub varsity golf team faced a tough Kaneland squad on Tuesday, falling 145-202 and dropping to 0-6 on the season. Rochelle will travel for a three-team matchup against Oregon and North Boone on Wednesday.
Juniors Griffin Ohlinger and Damen Harrington fired the low score for the Hubs, with Ohlinger shooting 46 while Harrington added 48. Junior Wade Smith finished with 52 and senior Rowan Williams rounded out the Rochelle varsity lineup with 56.
Geneseo
The Rochelle Hub varsity golf team finished 12th place with 468 in the Geneseo Invitational on Saturday. Junior Griffin Ohlinger carded the team's low score of 93.
