ROCHELLE — At the Dec. 10 meeting of the Rochelle Rotary Club, Foundation for Focus House Executive Director Jeni Hardin was presented with this year’s Rochelle Gratitude Award. Hardin was recognized with the yearly award by Mayor John Bearrows at the City of Rochelle’s Christmas Walk on Dec. 6. The award is given each year by Bearrows and his wife, Dina, to a member of the community. 

"It's very humbling," Hardin said. "I'm very proud to have received this this year. I really do appreciate this. Because I really do love Rochelle. I love the community. I love working at Focus House and its foundation. I love everything about Rochelle. This means a lot to me."
