ROCHELLE — Harold L. Rogers, 86, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 9 at the Rochelle Community Hospital. Harold was born on June 23, 1935 to Robert and Lelah (Huffstatler) Rogers in Earle, Arkansas. On Feb. 8, 1986, he married Lynda C. Degelau in Rochelle. She preceded him in death on March 22, 2007.

If he wasn’t working in one capacity or the other, he could be found on the golf course. He was a member of the Foursquare Church in Rochelle and Rochelle VFW Post 3878.
Harold is survived by his children: Jeffrey (Karen Keen) Rogers of Rochester, Illinois and Shelly (Rich) Stoddard of Rochelle and three grandchildren: Travis Utterback of South Carolina, Reagan Todd of Springfield, Illinois and Colin Rogers of Kentucky.
In addition to his parents and wife, Lynda, Harold is predeceased by his sister, Dorothy Stevens.
