On Thursday, Dec. 12, the Hub City Cruisers Car Club presented a donation of toys to the Community Action Network for its annual CAN Shopping Trip. The event sees families in need receive dinner, shoes and coats, and a shopping trip with a $100 gift card. “We're just grateful for them,” CAN Board President Michelle Pease said of the Hub City Cruisers. “Every year they show up with those toys. I believe they've been doing it for 4-5 years now. It's just an extra bonus to be able to give the kids a toy too.”
