MALTA — The Kishwaukee College nursing program is accepting applications from Sept. 1 – Sept. 15 for Spring 2020.
Applications may be mailed or placed in the Health & Education Division locked box outside room B1222. Up to 40 students will be accepted into the program for the upcoming semester.
An additional 10 students may apply for an evening cohort that will also be offered. Students will take nursing classes Tuesday and Thursday evenings and on Saturdays.
Kish offers a 2-year degree in Registered Nursing and a Registered Nursing to Bachelor of Science dual enrollment program with Northern Illinois University for students interested in earning a 4-year degree. The nursing program is accredited through the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN). The last two graduating cohorts of the program achieved a 100 percent first-time pass rate on their national nursing exam.
