ROCHELLE – The Knights of Columbus in Rochelle will again be conducting their annual live Christmas tree sales this year.
Beginning Friday, Nov. 26 at noon, the Saint Patrick Church Knights of Columbus will sell Balsam Fir trees and wreaths for the seventh year.
Tree sales are held at the St. Patrick’s Education Center, 903 Caron Rd. Sizes vary, ranging from 6-to-7 feet, 7-to-8 feet, and 8-to-9 feet with prices ranging from $50 to $60 respectively. Wreaths cost $30 each.
Trees and wreaths will be available until they’re sold out. Sale hours are Thursdays and Fridays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Saturdays from noon to 7 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. Free local delivery is offered.
The trees were delivered on Friday, Nov. 19 from the McCluskey Tree Farm in northern Wisconsin.
All of the funds earned through the sale of the wreaths and trees will be put back into the Knights of Columbus and used for future local events and fundraisers.
