On July 7 at 1:02 p.m., Rochelle police cited Safaa Abed Rabbo, 36, of Rochelle, for speeding, 51 m.p.h. in a 30 m.p.h. zone. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Aug. 14.
On July 9 at 1:11 a.m., Rochelle police cited Timothy D. Logan, 57, of Decatur, for disobeying a traffic control device. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Aug. 14.
On July 9 at 6 p.m., Rochelle police cited Luke C. Furman, 23, of Rochelle, for failure to reduce speed that resulted in an accident. He issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Aug. 14.
