On Jan. 14 at approximately 11:20 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Dutch Road and Illinois Route 251. After investigation, deputies placed Marquetavion Freeman, 27, of Rockford under arrest for no valid license. Freeman was additionally issued a citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. Freeman was released on a notice to appear at the scene and given a future court date.

OREGON — On Jan. 14 at approximately 11:20 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Dutch Road and Illinois Route 251. After investigation, deputies placed Marquetavion Freeman, 27, of Rockford under arrest for no valid license. Freeman was additionally issued a citation for operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. Freeman was released on a notice to appear at the scene and given a future court date.
On Jan. 14 at approximately 7:02 p.m. deputies, with assistance from the Byron Police Department, conducted a traffic stop at Blackhawk Drive and Union Street, Byron. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Martavian Lovett-Chapple, 22, of Rockford, for driving while license suspended. Lovett-Chapple was released with a notice to appear at a later date.
On Jan. 15 at approximately 1:55 a.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 10,000 block of North Illinois Route 26. After further investigation Michael Hensley, 35, of Polo, was placed under arrest for an outstanding Ogle County warrant. Hensley was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was held in lieu of bond.
On Jan. 17 at approximately 1:45 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 7,000 block of North Illinois Route 2. After conducting an investigation, Jhosembert Peraza-Marchan, 24, of Rockford, was arrested and cited for no valid license. Peraza-Marchan was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was issued an additional citation for a lane violation. Peraza-Marchan was processed and released with a notice to appear.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
