On June 1 at approximately 10:52 p.m. deputies responded to the 300 block of Misty Meadow Lane in Davis Junction in response to a battery. The victim was transported to Javon Bea Hospital- Riverside by Lynn Scott Rock Fire for apparent injuries. After investigation, Marco A. Garcia-Limon, 43, of Chicago was arrested on June 4 for aggravated battery and domestic battery. Garcia-Limon was transported to the Ogle County Jail, where he was held pending an appearance before a judge.

OREGON — On June 1 at approximately 10:52 p.m. deputies responded to the 300 block of Misty Meadow Lane in Davis Junction in response to a battery. The victim was transported to Javon Bea Hospital- Riverside by Lynn Scott Rock Fire for apparent injuries. After investigation, Marco A. Garcia-Limon, 43, of Chicago was arrested on June 4 for aggravated battery and domestic battery. Garcia-Limon was transported to the Ogle County Jail, where he was held pending an appearance before a judge.
On June 3 at approximately 8:46 p.m. deputies located a male subject walking in the roadway in the 2,000 block of North Freeport Road. The male’s motorcycle was located a short distance away. After an investigation Michael Miller, 49, of Leaf River, was placed under arrest for aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol, and driving while license revoked. Miller was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, expired registration, and intoxicated pedestrian in the roadway. Miller was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was released on a notice to appear bond.
On June 5 at 9:38 a.m, deputies conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of East Illinois Route 64 and North Jones Terrace. As a result, deputies arrested Melissa S. Greene, 44, of Oregon for driving while license suspended. Greene was additionally issued citations for expired registration, no valid registration, and improper display of license plates/sticker/registration. The passenger, Jonathan M. Robles, 35, of Oregon was arrested on an Ogle County warrant for driving while license suspended, and an out of state warrant from Dubuque, Iowa for theft. Greene and Robles were both transported to the Ogle County Jail. Greene was released on a notice to appear with a future court date. Robles was detained on both no bond warrants, pending an appearance before a judge.
On June 5 at approximately 8:38 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 8,000 block of North Illinois Route 2. After an investigation, Hector Hernandez, 56, of Loves Park, was placed under arrest for driving with a revoked driver's license. Hernandez was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Hernandez was transported to the Ogle County Jail, where he was provided with a future court date and released on a notice to appear.
On June 6 at approximately 1:18 a.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 9,000 block of East Illinois Route 64. After an investigation, deputies placed Marla K. Daniels, 47, of Council Bluffs, Iowa, under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. Daniels was transported to the Ogle County Jail, where she was released with a future court date. Daniels was additionally cited for driving under the influence of alcohol/BAC greater than .08, improper lane usage, and no headlights when required.
All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
