On March 3 deputies investigated a report of a residential burglary in the Mt. Morris Estates Trailer park. After an investigation, Nancylee Limond and Kenny Adams were both arrested for residential burglary and theft over $300. Both Limond and Adams were taken into custody and transported to the Ogle County Jail and are being held in lieu of bond.

OREGON — On March 3 deputies investigated a report of a residential burglary in the Mt. Morris Estates Trailer park. After an investigation, Nancylee Limond and Kenny Adams were both arrested for residential burglary and theft over $300. Both Limond and Adams were taken into custody and transported to the Ogle County Jail and are being held in lieu of bond.
On March 4 at approximately 8:23 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 15,000 block of East Creston Road. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Hector Hernandez, 53, of Loves Park, for driving while license revoked. Hernandez was also issued citations for failure to signal and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Hernandez was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was released to correctional staff and held in lieu of bond.
On March 4 at approximately 7:06 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 39 near mile marker 106. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Keith Ford, 33, of DeKalb, for driving while license suspended. Ford was also issued citations for improper lane usage and an equipment violation. Ford was given an I-Bond on scene with a return court date later next month.
On March 4 at 10:46 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 39 at mile marker 104 south bound for an equipment violation. After an investigation, Christal Modeliste, 23, of Rockford was arrested for driving on a suspended driver’s license. Modeliste was also cited for no registration light. Modeliste was released on a signature I-Bond with a return court date.
On March 4 at approximately 8:36 p.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop on Interstate 39 near mile marker 111 southbound. After further investigation, Joel Jackson Jr., 23, of Rockford, was placed under arrest for no valid driver's license and unlawful possession of cannabis/improper container. Jackson was also cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper lighting, and illegal window tint. A passenger in the vehicle, Vandalle Reed, 22, of Rockford, was cited for no seat belt. Both Jackson and Reed were released at the scene.
On March 5 at approximately 3:32 p.m. deputies responded to a vehicle in the ditch in the 1,800 block of South Freeport Road. After an investigation, deputies arrested Bruce Prosser, 51, of Rochelle for driving under the influence of alcohol and obstructing a peace officer. Prosser's Chevrolet 2500 was towed by Dyer's Towing. Prosser was transported to the Ogle County jail where he is being held in lieu of bond.
On March 5 at 2:24 a.m. deputies initiated a traffic stop in the 9,000 block of West Illinois Route 72 for a moving violation. The offending vehicle failed to stop and was pursued by deputies until the pursuit was terminated. Through the course of the subsequent investigation, Bryce W. Hatfield, 19, of Belvidere was arrested for aggravated fleeing to elude a police officer and speeding 35+ m.p.h. over the speed limit. Hatfield was also issued citations for failure to signal, disregarding a stop sign and improper lane usage. Hatfield was transported to the Ogle County Jail pending an appearance before a judge.
On March 6 at approximately 1:49 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 10,000 block of East Illinois Route 72. After a brief investigation, deputies arrested Dawn M. Stonecipher, 42, of Byron, for no driver’s license. Stonecipher was given an I-Bond with a return court date.
On March 6 at approximately 9:53 p.m. deputies conducted a traffic stop on Interstate 39 at mile marker 111. After brief investigation, deputies arrested Robyn Pierson, 32, of Oregon, for driving while license suspended. Pierson was also issued citations for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and obstructed driver's view. Pierson was given an I-Bond with a return court date later next month and released on scene.
