NAPLES, Fla. — Patricia A. Fosberg, 78, of Naples, Florida passed away on Friday, Oct. 1. She was born April 22, 1943 in Rockford to Kenneth and Elaine (Poliska) Peters.
She was a graduate of Stillman Valley High School, class of 1961. She married William “Jack” Fosberg on May 18, 1990. She was a member of the New Milford Fire Department Auxiliary, Redeemer Lutheran Church choir and was a Winnebago County Election judge.
She enjoyed gardening and floral design and designing arrangements for several Rockford-area florists. Pat was the owner of Jensen’s Flowers until her retirement. She was an active member of the Naples Garden Club.
Survivors include husband, William “Jack” Fosberg of Naples; sons, Dean (Patty) Erwin of Wentzville, Missouri, Daniel (Debbie) Erwin of Rockford; stepdaughter, Jill Martini of Rockford, stepson, Timothy Fosberg of Rockford; sister, Nona Onley of Pflugerville, Texas; brother, Joel (Julie) Peters of Port Byron, Illinois; grandchildren, Breanna (Michael) Cohen, Joshua Erwin, Dillon Erwin, Ian Erwin, Sydney Erwin, Michael Saladino, Austin Martini and great grandchildren, Charles Cohen, and Henry Cohen. She was predeceased by her parents.
A private graveside service has been scheduled at the family's request. The family has requested that remembrances be made in the form of contributions to Naples Garden Club Tribute Fund, PO Box 111531, Naples, FL 34108.
