ROCHELLE — Norma Peters will celebrate her 95th birthday with an open house on Sunday, March 8.
The open house will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 1100 Calvin Road, Rochelle, from 2 to 4 p.m. and will be hosted by her children, Tom, Dawn and Nancy.
