On Nov. 12. At 3:41, Rochelle police cited Branson R. Spring, 25, of Loves Park, for failure to yield at an intersection, he issued a promise to comply. His court date is set for Dec. 13.
On Nov. 14. at 4:48 p.m., Rochelle police arrested Oscar D. Gomez-Diaz, 27, of Rochelle, on three Ogle County warrants. He was transported to jail.
On Nov. 14. at 8:34 p.m., Rochelle Police arrested a 16-year old Juvenile, of Rochelle, for Unlawful use of a credit card.
