On April 14 at 6:51 p.m. Kenneth C. Kolb, 46, of Sycamore was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 9 Rochelle court date.

On April 14 at 11:22 p.m. Francheska S. Elam, 34, of Mendota was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 9 Rochelle court date.

On April 14 at 3:11 p.m. Trent J. Kreider, 18, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 9 Rochelle court date.

On April 15 at 10:49 p.m. Liliana Baeza Ramirez, 39, of Belvidere was cited for disobeying a traffic control device. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 9 Rochelle court date.

On April 16 at 12:09 a.m. Roger M. Perry, 63, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 9 Rochelle court date.

On April 16 at 4:32 p.m. Keegan Brewer, 26, of Rochelle was arrested for driving on a suspended license and cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 9 Rochelle court date.

On April 16 at 6:43 p.m. Timoteo Rocha-Hernandez, 45, of Rochelle was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was released on a notice to appear with a May 16 Ogle County court date.
