ROCHELLE — On April 22 at 7:37 p.m. Eric L. Weller, 60, of Chicago was cited for cell phone use. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 20 at 2:40 p.m. Esmeralda Gonzalez, 22, of Rochelle was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 23 at 9:46 Nexae Nonato Nonato, 23, of Rochelle was cited for cell phone use. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 24 at 4:19 a.m. Jesus A. Cortes-Garcia, 30, of Rochelle was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and suspended registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 24 at 5:14 a.m. James Poe, 24, of Rockford was cited for speeding 47 in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 24 at 7:01 a.m. Tashara S. Stevenson, 26, of Chicago was cited for speeding 70 in a 45 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 24 at 9:24 a.m. Shellkia N. Baughns, 33,  of Chicago was cited for speeding 53 in a 30 miles per hour zone and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 24 at 8:36 a.m. Kristi T. Gelderloos, 51, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 in a 40 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 24 at 12:49 p.m. Pamela H. Wesley, 62, of Lindenwood was cited for speeding. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.
