ROCHELLE — On April 29 at 7:08 p.m. Jennifer R. Stark, 39, of Rochelle was arrested for criminal damage to property and transferred.

On April 28 at 9:57 a.m. Zachary Mann, 36, of Rochelle was cited for expired registration and operating an uninsured vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 28 at 10:21 a.m. Andrew Manukas, 58, of Montgomery was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 29 at 2:05 p.m. Vadim Zhuravlev, 52, of Tumwater, Washington was cited for unsafe backing on a roadway. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 29 at 10:49 p.m. Juan Olguin, 43, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 62 in a 45 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On April 30 at 11:11 a.m. Jose Nonato Martinez, 33, of Rochelle was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and failure to give information. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 23 Rochelle court date.

On May 1 at 6:36 p.m. Kimberly Crisp, 59, of Rochelle was arrested on a DeKalb County warrant and transferred.
