On April 8 at 1:25 p.m. Ihor Talanov, 29, of Chicago was cited for failure to yield right of way. He signed a promise to comply and was given a May 9 Rochelle court date.

On April 8 at 1:48 p.m. Britni N. Wiersema, 30, of Chana was arrested for driving while license suspended and cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. She signed a promise to comply and was given a May 9 Rochelle court date.

On April 8 at 5:39 p.m. Demeya Gillespie, 30, of Rochelle was arrested on an Ogle County warrant and transferred.

On April 10 at 12:23 a.m. Hector Losoya, 56, of Rochelle was arrested on two Ogle County warrants and transferred.

Christy, 41, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence times two and cited for leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give information, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and failure to report an accident.
