On Dec. 27 at 2:08 p.m. Ruben Leon, 47, of Aurora was arrested for driving while license suspended and cited for operating a motor vehicle without registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 24 Rochelle court date.
On Dec. 29 at 12:02 a.m. Jose M. Esquivel Medina, 28, of Rochelle was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle, suspended registration and leaving the scene of an accident. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 24 Rochelle court date.
