On Dec. 4 at 9:18 p.m. Scott S. Scutoski, 33, of Paw Paw was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply.

On Dec. 5 at 4:55 a.m. Kwabena Appiahm 28, of Rockford was cited for speeding 70 in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply.

On Dec. 5 at 7:58 p.m. Pierre J. Cathina, 18, of DeKalb was cited for speeding 81 in a 45 miles per hour zone, reckless driving and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He signed a promise to comply.

On Dec. 5 at 8:59 p.m. Philip R. Lascola, 37, of Rochelle was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply.

On Dec. 6 at 11:32 a.m. Maria Meza-Villalbazo, 42, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 70 in a 55 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply.

On Dec. 7 at 8:03 a.m. Anmarie Kuntz, 34, of Rochelle was arrested on a DeKalb County warrant and transferred.

On Dec. 8 at 11:50 p.m. a 16-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for leaving the scene and disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 8 at 3:55 p.m. Delmar Boeder, 87, of Rochelle was arrested for disorderly conduct. He was released on a notice to appear and given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 8 at 10:47 a.m. Leonard Brauchler, 56, of Polo was arrested on a Tazewell County warrant. He paid $1,000 and was released with a Jan. 9 Pekin court date.

On Dec. 8 at 9:46 p.m. a 17-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was arrested for no driver’s license and cited for no insurance and speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 9 at 9:46 a.m. Brian R. Krause, 41, of Rockford was cited for speeding 85 in a 70 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 9 at 8:42 a.m. Gerard D. Zabinski, 58, of Davis Junction was cited for a seat belt violation. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 9 at 7:41 a.m. a 16-year-old juvenile of Rochelle was cited for speeding 46 in a 30 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 9 at 9:24 a.m. Alexis A. Elwood, 20, of Evergreen Park was cited for speeding 82 in a 70 miles per hour zone. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 9 at 12:11 p.m. Anthony Gonzalez, 30, of River Grove was arrested for possession of controlled substance. He was released on a notice to appear with a Jan 10 Ogle County court date.

On Dec. 9 at 2:53 p.m. John R. Anderson, 42, of Cortland was arreseted for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while licnese revoked and released on a notice to appear with a Jan. 10 Ogle County court date.

On Dec. 9 at 11:01 a.m. Jorge Gomez Jimenez, 36, of Waterloo, Iowa was cited for speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.
