On Dec. 9 at 7:53 p.m. Nicole K. Adamski, 45, of Chana was cited for cell phone use. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 10 at 1:14 p.m. Ivan Munoz Mandujano, 22, of Rochelle was arrested on an outstanding Ogle County warrant and paid $550 and was released. He was also arrested for resisting and cited for improper turn. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Ogle County court date.

On Dec. 10 at 12:15 p.m. Anthony M. Gonzalez, 30, of River Grove was cited for speeding 86 in a 70 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Ogle County court date.

On Dec. 10 at 12:15 p.m. Dayana C. Gomez, 24, of Rochelle was cited for no valid registration. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 10 at 2:44 p.m. Abigail M. Pellett, 29, of Compton was cited for seat belt required. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 10 at 4:04 p.m. Carlos Lara, 20, of Rochelle was cited for speeding, reckless driving and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 10 at 11:54 p.m. Chad E. Perry, 47, of Rockford was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and warrants in Winnebago County and Rockford and transferred. In the same incident, Meissa A. Woolard, 48, of Rockford was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a notice to appear.

On Dec. 10 at 5:23 p.m. Mark Witkowski, 63, of South Beloit was cited for no seat belt. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 10 at 4:49 p.m. Fatmir Fejzoski, 29, of Rochelle was cited for speeding 60 in a 45 miles per hour zone and operating an uninsured vehicle. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 10 at 4:22 p.m. Rodney Johnson, 47, of Rockford was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 10 at 1:58 p.m. Ivan Munoz-Mandujano, 22, of Rochelle was cited for improper turn signal. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Ogle County court date.

On Dec. 12 at 2:31 p.m. Joseph Willis, 41, of Rochelle was arrested on a Winnebago County warrant and transferred.

On Dec. 12 at 1:31 p.m. Marion K. Kupp, 32, of DeKalb was cited for speeding 60 in a 40 miles per hour zone. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 12 at 12:25 p.m. Esiquid Plascencia Carrasco, 29, of Rochelle was arrested for no valid driver’s license and cited for expired registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 12 at 11:55 a.m. Haydee Martinez, 40, of Aurora was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.

On Dec. 10 at 7:10 p.m. Anthony L. King Jr., 37, of Aurora was cited for disregarding a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Jan. 10 Rochelle court date.
